Refund policy

At Gajlaxmi Wholesale Sadi Depot , we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch. Order once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. No refund are available,only replacement for damaged or defective proudct, If only when customer has Unboxing Video, Without any pause or resume in Video.

1.Order Cancellation & Exchange

  • Once order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Products cannot be exchanged for another product due to change of choice, preference,size, colour, or any other personal reason. Return or refund will not accepted for reasons such as , Slight colour difference(Due to lighting/screen resolution , Did not like ,Change of mind , washing damage or any wear & tear.
  • We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered orders .
  • Replacement is provided only in case of a genuine damaged or defective product, subject to verification.

2.Unboxing Video is Mandatory 

  •  A complete, continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.
  • The video must begin before opening the parcel and clearly show the shipping package, labels, packaging and product.
  • The video must be recorded without any pause, cut, edit or interruption.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a genuinely damaged or defective product:

1. Record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the parcel.
2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Send the unboxing video along with your Order ID and relevant details.
4. Our team will review the video and verify the reported issue.
5. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange a return pickup, wherever applicable.
6. After the damaged/defective product is received and inspected by our team, an eligible replacement order will be dispatched within 5–8 working days.

4. How to Raise a Replacement Request

Please mention your Order ID and provide the required unboxing video and supporting details.

5. Return Conditions

For an approved return/replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be unwashed and free from any stains or marks.
  • The product must not have perfume, body odour, or any other scent.
  • The product must not have water stains, damage, alterations or signs of use.
  •  Original tags, packaging and other accessories must be intact, wherever applicable.
  • Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return/replacement.

6. Colour Variation

  • We do not accept returns or replacement requests solely due to colour differences or personal colour expectations.
  • Colours displayed on a website, mobile screen, photograph or video may appear slightly different from the actual product.
  • Differences can occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, brightness, saturation and display technology.
  • We make reasonable efforts to represent product colours as accurately as possible; however, an exact colour match cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Non-Acceptance of Return Requests

A return/replacement request may be rejected if:

  • No valid unboxing video is provided.
  • The unboxing video has been paused, edited, cut or interrupted.
  • The request is submitted after the 24-hour claim period.
  • The product has been used, worn, washed or altered.
  • The product has stains, marks, perfume/body odour or other signs of use.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing or damaged.
  • The reason for return is simply a change of mind, preference or colour expectation.

8. Inspection & Final Approval

  • All damaged or defective product claims are subject to verification and inspection by Gajlaxmi Wholesale Sadi Depot.
  • A replacement will be processed only after our team confirms that the reported issue qualifies under this policy.
